Hi, I'm Anton.

I build useful things with AI.

Usually that means local agents, robotics, developer tools, or an experiment that started with “I wonder if this would work.”

I’m currently CTO at Grably. I was also part-time CTO at XLab Robotics from December 2025 to June 2026. This site is where I keep the work I’m proud of, the ideas I’m still testing, and the essays I wrote when building was not enough.

What I keep coming back to

The thread through the work

I care about capable systems, but I care just as much about who stays in control, whether the thing works outside a demo, and whether it is actually pleasant to use.

Local AI that respects the person using it
Robots that can be tested, not just demoed
Developer tools I wish already existed
Writing through the strange parts of technology

Things I’ve made

The full portfolio →
Developer Agents Go, local LLMs, CLI automation

nlsh

A shell interceptor and local-AI command agent that catches mistyped commands, suggests corrected terminal actions, and can operate in agent mode from the CLI.

This is the kind of tool I wanted myself: mess up a command, get a better one, and stay in the terminal.

Local AI Interfaces Python, Faster Whisper, AppleScript, vector search

zelflayer

A local macOS assistant that combines voice input, document retrieval, graph-style context, and AppleScript control.

I wanted an assistant that could use my actual computer context without sending everything somewhere else.

Operations Tools Go, macOS, launchd, Docker, SSH

systemtracker

A native macOS operations HUD for scripts, launchd agents, Docker containers, SSH services, and remote jobs.

I got tired of checking five places to see what was running, so I put the useful state and controls in one place.

Developer Tools Python, static analysis, local-first tooling

reposcanner

A local-first repository scanner that converts codebases into structured summaries while keeping source private.

I can get oriented in an unfamiliar repo without uploading somebody else’s private code to a service.

The Last Anthropocentric Century

This essay is not an instruction manual, nor a prophecy, nor a TED Talk disguised as spiritual insight. It is merely an invitation to sit for a moment inside the fog before the shape emerges from it.
